Chinese New Year 2012 Fashion
On January 23, 2012, the Chinese New Year will begin celebrating the year of the Dragon. The Chinese New Year is the most commemorated holiday in many countries in Eastern Asia, and usually lasts anywhere from three days to entire week.
The Chinese New Year celebrates the elemental forces of nature, and offers a new beginning for those who partake in its tradition. Festivities for the Chinese New Year are accompanied by gift giving, feasts, fireworks and ornate traditions that have been passed down for centuries. The symbolic color of red, believed to rid individuals and areas of evil spirits, is customarily worn by those who are celebrating.
